Practice Flow

Every role sees the part of the journey that belongs to them.

Posture 4 Health gives reception and assistants, practitioners, managers and owners a view shaped around the work each role needs to complete.

What each role sees and does

Live appointment context, arrivals and follow-up

The day sheet shows who is booked, who has arrived and what needs doing next. The to-do list turns missed visits, cancellations and clients falling behind into tasks with a name against them.

  • Mark arrivals and see the count of exams done
  • Book, call, message or snooze from the same row
  • Assign a task to a person or a role, and follow it to completion
  • Run the scan station, choosing who is operating it with a PIN so the scan is attributed correctly

Assessment, reports, re-exams and questionnaires

Open the client from the live schedule, scan, review the landmarks, present the findings and compare against the last assessment.

  • Scan, report and re-exam in one workflow
  • Questionnaire answers and home-care activity on the client record
  • Exercise discomfort reported by a client arrives as a task
  • Messages that need clinical input

Daily close-out, weekly activity and open work

Team activity, the end-of-day close-out and the week's numbers, with unresolved tasks and who owns them.

  • Daily close-out and weekly activity
  • Open work and team priorities
  • Tasks and who they are with
  • Practice follow-through

Why it matters

The weekly meeting starts from the numbers, not from assembling them.

Locations, practitioners, trends and the year

Locations, practitioners, calendar trends, Xero information, quarterly review and annual performance, with the biggest constraint called out.

  • Filter by location and practitioner, within the permissions you set
  • Calendar view and financial view
  • Quarterly and annual reviews
  • An owner and a due date on every action

What it replaces

Spreadsheet assembly. It does not replace leadership or decision-making.

The Scan Station

A practical way to share assessment work.

The scan station records the operator through a PIN, so the practice can run assessment capture without creating a separate assistant role in the software. A scan is attributed to the person who actually operated it.
